Cancellation policy

7. PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY (SUBSCRIPTIONS)

This policy applies to all subscription purchases from Tsuki and complies with applicable Australian and US laws governing recurring billing, including applicable US state automatic renewal laws.

Subscription Agreement and Automatic Renewal Disclosure

By purchasing a subscription, you authorise Tsuki to automatically charge your nominated payment method at the agreed billing interval until cancelled. Before your subscription begins, we will disclose the recurring charge amount, billing frequency, and how to cancel.

In compliance with applicable US state automatic renewal laws (including California Business & Professions Code § 17600 et seq.):

  • Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate
  • You will be charged to your nominated payment method at each renewal unless you cancel before the renewal date
  • You may cancel at any time using the process below
  • We will notify you of any material changes to your subscription terms at least 14 days in advance

Billing and Renewal

  • Pricing may be adjusted with at least 14 days' written notice to your registered email
  • If payment fails, we will retry up to 3 times over 7 days. If unsuccessful, your subscription will be suspended and benefits will cease immediately
  • Applicable taxes are charged in addition to the stated price where required by law

How to Cancel

  1. Email grinddaily053@gmail.com from the address on your account
  2. Use the subject line "Subscription Cancellation Request" and include your full name and order number
  3. Allow up to 5 business days for written confirmation

Requests submitted via any other channel will not be accepted. Retain a copy of your request and our confirmation.

Cancellation Deadlines

  • Requests must be received at least 5 business days before your next billing date to avoid the next charge
  • Requests received within 5 business days of a renewal date take effect at the end of the following billing cycle
  • No refund is provided for a billing period already paid, except as set out below

Refunds for Subscription Payments

Subscription payments are non-refundable for change-of-mind cancellations. You retain access to benefits until the end of the current paid period.

We will review refund requests in the following circumstances:

  • A duplicate charge occurred due to a verified technical error on our platform
  • You were charged after receiving our written cancellation confirmation
  • We failed to deliver the subscription product or service as described — in which case your statutory rights apply and we will provide an appropriate remedy including a refund for the affected period where required

US customers: Where required by applicable state automatic renewal law, we will provide a full refund of any charges made in violation of those laws.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the disputed charge with supporting documentation. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method only.

Modification or Discontinuation

Tsuki may modify, suspend, or discontinue any subscription plan with at least 14 days' written notice. If discontinued, subscribers will not be charged beyond their current billing period.
