  • Product descriptions are provided in good faith but may contain errors or omissions.
  • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
  • In the event that a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you to offer an alternative, store credit, or full refund.

3.5 Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order where a pricing error has occurred, even after an order confirmation has been sent. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment methods as listed at checkout.
  • If payment is declined or found to be fraudulent, your order will be cancelled and you may be reported to relevant authorities.

3.6 Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Errors in pricing or product information
  • Stock unavailability
  • Failure to meet our terms and conditions

An order is only confirmed upon receipt of our written confirmation email. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from order rejection.
