6.1 Intellectual Property

All content published on the Tsūki website and associated channels — including but not limited to the Tsūki name, logo, product photography, written descriptions, graphics, design elements, branding, and any other creative or commercial content — is the exclusive intellectual property of Tsūki and is protected under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and applicable trademark and design laws of Australia.

Unauthorised reproduction, copying, distribution, publication, modification, sale, or commercial exploitation of any Tsūki content — in whole or in part — is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Tsūki. Violations may result in civil or criminal legal action.

6.2 Trademarks

"Tsūki" and associated logos and branding are proprietary marks of Tsūki. Nothing on this website grants any licence or right to use any Tsūki mark without our express prior written permission.

6.3 Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in any of our policies is intended to limit, exclude, or modify the rights you hold as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). Under the ACL, you have the right to:

  • A product that is of acceptable quality
  • A product that is fit for its disclosed purpose
  • A product that matches its description
  • A remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) if a product has a major failure

Where these consumer guarantees apply, Tsūki will honour its obligations under the ACL. Any clause in our policies that appears to conflict with the ACL shall be read down or severed to the extent of that inconsistency.

Any legal disputes arising in connection with the Tsūki website, products, or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
