4. SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. During high-volume or sale periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. A shipping confirmation with tracking details will be sent once your order is dispatched.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery after dispatch: 6–10 business days.
These are estimates only, not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual times may vary based on your location, carrier capacity, and circumstances outside our control. Total estimated time from order to delivery: 8–14 business days under normal conditions.
FTC Shipping Notice — US Customers
In accordance with the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, if we cannot ship within our stated timeframe, we will notify you by email before the deadline and give you the option to accept a revised date or cancel for a full refund. If you do not respond within the period specified in our notice, your order will be cancelled and a full refund issued.
Tracking
A tracking number will be sent by email after dispatch. Allow 24–72 hours for tracking to activate. Tracking delays are the carrier's responsibility and outside our control.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing or shipping fees. Customs delays are outside our control. Your statutory rights remain unaffected if goods arrive faulty.
Address Accuracy
You are solely responsible for providing a correct delivery address at checkout. We cannot redirect shipments after dispatch. Orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for a free replacement or refund. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipment may be arranged at your cost.
Delayed or Missing Packages
If tracking shows no movement for more than 15 business days after dispatch, contact us at grinddaily053@gmail.com with your order number. For parcels marked as delivered but not received, check with neighbours, building management, or your local post office first. A statutory declaration, sworn statement, or police report may be required to support a missing parcel claim. Your statutory rights apply where we are unable to resolve a genuine non-delivery issue.
Force Majeure
Tsuki is not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, carrier disruptions, industrial action, or government restrictions.
